Xavier Wellings

{Xavier Wellings}

Full Name: Xavier Cedric Wellings

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Personality: A head-strong, smart-alack boy, who, although serious at times, is usually in a laid back mood. Has a very short temper and is a stubborn as can be.

Appearance:
Hair: Long, down to his shoulders in the back and ear level in the front. Dark brown.
Face: Square jaw, dark brown eyes.
Skin: Pale white
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 180
Usually found wearing jeans and tee-shirt.

Significant In Story: Member of The Lost, a friend of Akita.

Back Story: His father founded The Lost, met Lisa, his mother, married her and soon had Xavier. He has spent his whole life working with his family in The Lost and that will never change, he thinks.

Xavier won't take 'no' for an answer. That's why he has disobeyed his father and has, on his own, set out to help Akita out of the Lab's grasp when The Lost find out about her. He is one of the strongest members of The Lost and can pull off almost any feat there is. When he gets her out he finds out life isn't as easy as it had always seemed and in the end he'll have to choose sides. But time is running out, he'll have to choose soon, or die. Or worst of all, Akita may die.

---        ---        ---        ---        ---        ---        ---        ---        ---
Let's just say I crush on my own characters. Xavier also has the coolest name I know. I love that name. Of course, Xavier hates his full-name, I don't blame him, but his father wanted him to have his name SOMEWHERE in there. If I was Akita, which I am, in a sense, I'd marry him in a heart beat. Justtttt kidding. Because he is so stubborn I'd most likely clash with him, sadly. Now, if you read up there [*points up there at little snippet about Xavier*] it sounds like there is some romance going on between Xavier and Akita. Psh. Heck no. Or maybe so. The writer says she doesn't know but don't jump to conclusions. xD

Drivers Ed...SURPRISE!

Today I woke up, did school work, and became bored until we received the call that...I could start the driving part of Driver's Ed. Apparently someone failed to show up and guess who got to take their place? Me!

     Isn't that crazy enough?

I'm nervous, let's establish that. Really, who wouldn't be? First time of driving with the Driver's Ed teacher, not sure how the day will go, wondering if you're going to kill everyone in the car... We begin in the parking lot with me driving. The girl I was with will only go by Courtney, for her sake, and she was in the back seat. She had been driving with Mr. S for a while already. He has me drive around the school parking lot a few times, I'm shaking and nervous, and not totally sure what I'm doing. I embarrasses myself about, I don't know, ten times before he has us switch.

Now Courtney's driving, she takes us all the way into another part of the county. We switch at a gas station and then I'm driving again. Getting bored? Well, just wait. Suddenly my drivers ed teacher is on the phone...with the police. He's reporting someone tailgating us. I hadn't even noticed, which shows how much I was looking in the review mirror...

I check my review mirror and, sure enough, there are two teenage boys laughing away in a pick-up truck behind us. I'm a nervous kid driving for the first time, in traffic, on an actual road, with people around me...how do you think I felt? I stay calm-ish, surprisingly enough and Mr. S continues to relay information to the lady/man on the other end of the phone. I look back into the review mirror a few times. They boys are laughing, recording something, I think, and just having a great time.

     Until the cop shows up.

She pulls them over, we turn around, and then it's Courtney and I's turn to laugh. And, man, did we laugh. I was so relived to have those butt-holes off MY butt. [Ha. Ha.] It's gets better too. The boys are standing out there, in the cold, one with shorts on, and are looking a little--I don't know--embarrassed? I see one with Mr. S's phone and soon enough...one of their mother/grandmother/someone arrives, looking pretty upset. The cops talk to her, she talks to the boys and we begin to leave. Then, guess who pulls up.

A state trooper. Just to make things better.

Oh, and the cherry on top is--the one driving had just gotten his drivers license. You can't beat that...you really can't.

     I was so happy. Best Driver's Ed...yet.

Sol

{Sol}
Full Name: Sol in the Nox

Age: Unknown. Estimated: 6

Gender: Male

Personality: Loyal, brave, and not the least bit tamable. He reflects the personality of his owner, Akita. He trust is hard to gain though, which requires you to show him utmost respect if you wish to gain it.

Appearance:  An Arabian stallion with black coat and tail. He has one, barely noticeable, white dash on his head. His eyes are clear, because he is blind. Powerful build, long legs, and arching neck. Very expressive eyes.

Significant In Story: Main character's, Akita, horse and loyal companion.

Back Story: He use to be a horse for the 'Army' in Sector 5L, but found himself abandoned when he became blind, being called 'useless'. It wasn't till he was bought by Osan Combat School did he find his true companion; Akita.

Sol would never let anything happen to Akita, anything. He might be a horse but it won't stop him from protecting the one girl who showed him warmth and protected him all those years. When they show up on Earth he has no problem finding his way, even if he is blind, and does his best obey Akita's will. He matches Akita's strength, skill and stamina, intriguing the Lab. Several times he's ripped away from Akita but he will never let that stop him from keeping her safe. And when the Lab takes them both in he knows something isn't right and won't rest, peacefully, until he has Akita out of there. It doesn't take him long though to realize something isn't right and that the only person he can trust now...is Akita.

---        ---        ---        ---        ---        ---        ---
Wow. It's really hard to do a Character Profile on a horse. I never knew that. It's also really hard to not make him too 'human', if you get what I mean. But, I like Sol. If I were to ever have a horse I'd want Sol. Strong, can run for hours on end, would never let anything happen to me, and pretty dang handsome! And...he's a black ARABIAN stallion. How much better could he get? Oh, wait, he's blind--but can still find his way around...anywhere. Another point for Sol! ;]

Anyway, he rocks. 'Nough said.

Akita Fiel

{Akita Fiel}
Full Name: Unknown
Age: Unknown, estimated to be 16 or 17.

Gender: Female

Personality: Much like the breed of dog breed [Akita Inu] she's named after. Playful, loyal, fearless, but also, sometimes reserved. Her actions towards you always depend on who you are, where she is, and her mood. She's spontaneous, no one can ever predict her actions.

Appearance:
Hair:Shoulder length brown-ish black hair. It's usually unkempt and pulled back into a braid or ponytail.
Face: Deep brown eyes, oval/diamond shaped face, bronze colored skin, arching eyebrows.
Height: 5'10
Weight: 135
Farley long legs and arms.
Usually found wearing black clothing or any other dark colors. Sticks mainly to jeans, tee-shirt and hoodie.

Significant In Story:  Main Character.

Back Story: She lived at Osan Combat School, in Sector 6K, since she was five . That's all she can remember.

Akita randomly shows up. There is no other way to say it. No one knows were she came from and how she got here but one thing is for sure: she's not human, in any way. A Governmental lab studies her and the wild, black stallion, whom she calls Sol, she arrived with not long after she shows up, in America. They give her a name; Akita Fiel. Naming her after the breed of dog she's most like. The Government is amazed by her fighting ability, strength and stamina. Plans are being made to find out if there are any more of her type but she's planning too. She no longer wants to stay under the labs microscope and, as she finds out, nether do the Lost, a group of people just like her. Confusion breaks out, friends betray friends, no one is sure who to trust, but most of all, death is striking left and right, slowly taking down everyone.

---        ---        ---        ---        ---        ---        ---

Well, my peeps, what do you think? Every now and again I'll be posting Character Profiles! Akita is the first one. It's hard to do with her because there's so much you'd need to know about the story to get her. I really like her name, even though, in a sense, it's kind of--expected. Well, I mean, it's kind of regular sounding--if possible. So many heroine, kick-butt, fantasy characters have names like that. I make no sense? I make no sense. Haha! Anyway, I am aware that's a picture of Rhianna. Rhianna, I'm said to say, is the only person I could find that had a picture that would fit Akita and also looked like her. Rhianna is truly beautiful, I just don't like her much. I won't let my prejudices get in the way! Haha!

Next, I'll do ether Sol, Xavier, or Cole. Who should I do next? You tell me!

With much love,
Lia

So, my peeps...

Do you like the new look?

The other one just wasn't fitting me. I'm not much of a blue person. It reminded me of winter...and I don't like winter, much.

And this one is just...exciting, I guess.

Do tell me--do you like it, or not?

I hope all is well!

Oh, by the way, poem! Haven't posted one of these bad [literally] boys in a while! This poem is based off of character I made for one of my unfinished stories. I've never actually gotten around to writing the story, which isn't uncommon, but I have it all planned out. Let me tell you: I rarely get past four chapters in a story. Rarely. In fact, I can't remember the last time I did. Have I ever? I have about a TRILLION stories out there. None finishes. Half of them barely began. *sigh* Oh well! Back to the poem.  Here you go:

Trust me, if you will,
I've broken promises, I've made you cry.
Your pride was hurt, with my never ending lies.
I've made mistakes, over and over,
again and again, in front of you.
I only wish to be your friend,
to be a shoulder to cry on,
to celebrate when you win.
I might not posses all the power in the world,
but I swear, I will give all I have,
and all I can, to change your world.
You've made me better, when all I've done,
is hurt you repeatedly, with out apologies.
How you forgave me, I don't know,
but I swear, I'll never do it again.
Please, trust me, if you will,
because, I'm not sad to say,
you're all I have.

Awww, shucks, that sounded terribly cheesy. >.>  Whew, my spelling has been awful today! What is up with THAT? Thank the Lord for spell check.

Homeschool VS Public School

I made this post a while ago and figured I'd post it now. Now, excuse all the crapiness piled in. Do forgive. I decided not to change much of it, although I want to, because it reminds me of, well, me just a few months ago. Have fun! And I also laugh; seeing me saying that I don't want to partake in it, and yet, sometimes, I still do and don't realize to later that I have and immediately *facepalm*.
-Lia

An epic battle that is raging on around us at this very moment:

The Homeschool VS Public School war.

Never heard of it? Well, let me say this: it's a bunch of fleewy..if that's even a word, which I highly doubt it is. Anyway, the HS/PS war is all about one thing, or topic, I shall call it.

Which is better; homeschooling or public schooling?

I sort of laugh at all who partake in this battle of stupidity because the truth is; it depends on the conditions. Just like weather it depends on where you are and who you are.

What I constantly hear from Homeschooling friends is that Public Schooling is terrible, messed up, and, well, a bad place where kids are given bad influences.
What I hear from Public Schooling friends is that Homeschooling is cruel to kids, stunts their ability to function in the 'real world' and they are too sheltered.

There are some truths to both statements but once again; it depends who and where you are.

My mother, a lovely lady, doesn't shelter me from the world and keep me locked up in the house all day. In fact she encourages me to do things--outside the house. But, sadly, there are Homeschool families [I don't really know any.] who do practically keep their children locked away from the world, which is very, very unfortunate. This doesn't mean all homeschoolers are hidden away but, hey, some are.

Then there are Public Schoolers who are very screwed up and have the wrong ideas about things but, once again, the doesn't mean all Public Schoolers are like that, and, even if one of them are, it doesn't make them an over all terrible person. Get what I'm saying?

Both sides are blindly stabbing fingers at each other, ignoring their own faults, and prodding the others when the truth is both of them are fine choices, it, as I have said too many times, just depends who and where you are!

Now-n-days, yes, I agree homeschoolings a very good choice BUT it's because what has happened to our Public Schools. NOT because Public Schooling is bad, which it is not.

Since I am a homeschooler I have the right to say this: HOMESCHOOLERS GET A GRIP!! If you all think homeschooling is so great then, rather than be needlessly rude to Public Schoolers, be humbled that you are given the chance to be homeschooled! Public Schoolers are only a product of our modern day Public Schools BUT, as I've said before, this doesn't make them bad people.

The kids that go to my local high school aren't evil, they've just been raised in a totally different way than my homeschool friends and I. That doesn't give them much excuse to do wrong things but does bring light into why I'm so different than them! I'm not going condemn them for what their parents/authority failed to do!

Think about it! If we had been shoved in the same position wouldn't we be the same as them? BE HUMBLED. Be thankful that you were given a chance to be nurtured in a better way. I think a lot of Homeschoolers forget that if it wasn't for their parents/guardians/ect. they'd be in the same place, doing the same things and acting the same ways.

Now that I got THAT off my chest...[it's been a huge pet peeve that I've almost yelled/slapped people over...]...I'll head over to Public Schoolers.

So, you peoples who are Public Schooled, realize, for Homeschoolers sake, that you aren't better because you go to Public School! Not all Homeschoolers are oblivious to the world. In fact some are very deep into it. I know it'll surprise you but...Homeschoolers don't live in a box. And not all Homeschoolers are 'old fashioned' Christians. Not saying being a Christain is a bad thing, NOT AT ALL, but we're not all finger pointing, accusing, sheltered [although sometimes I wonder...] freaks!

You may think you're education is just fine but, from experience, you're not getting half you need--most times [Depends where you are. If you live where I do you're not getting anything. Haha!] . The Public School system has been severely screwed up. Trust me, my mother sort of works for them.

Just be aware that not all Homeschoolers are the stereotypical freaks that we're made out to be because it really pisses us off when you treat us like we are.

So, I hope I've 'elightened' both sides because this whole war is S-T-U-P-I-D.
Both types of schoolings have their ups and downs. Depending on the situation, one might have more ups than the other.

So, homeschoolers, get a grip and Public Schoolers, get wise.

Love,
Lia

P.S
I won't deny that at one time I was part of this ridiculous war but, hopefully, I am past that. :]

People Who Are Amazing [MLKJ/SBA]

Had my second day of work today and it went well.
So, as you know, it's Martin Luther King Jr. [Long name...] Day! My brother Sam said we use to celebrate it but I don't EVER remember doing that so I label him a 'liar'.

In honor of Mr. MLKJ I'm going to put several of his most moving quotes.

"Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle. And so we must straighten our backs and work for our freedom. A man can't ride you unless your back is bent."
"A man who won't die for something is not fit to live."

"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that."

"Discrimination is a hellhound that gnaws at Negroes in every waking moment of their lives to remind them that the lie of their inferiority is accepted as truth in the society dominating them."

Enjoy those! [I got them all from 'Brainy Quotes'.]

For my I.E, Individual Event,  I debated between a Susan B. Anthony speech or Atticus's closing argument. In the end I gladly chose Susan B. Anthony's speech after she was accused of voting. Imagine that! Being taken to court for voting. I'm very glad, in some sense, to be living in the time period I do. Maybe, one day, though, some one will look back and, with a sigh of relief, say; "Whew, glad I didn't live back then in 2011"

Here is the speech:

Friends and fellow citizens: I stand before you tonight under indictment for the alleged crime of having voted at the last presidential election, without having a lawful right to vote. It shall be my work this evening to prove to you that in thus voting, I not only committed no crime, but, instead, simply exercised my citizen's rights, guaranteed to me and all United States citizens by the National Constitution,
beyond the power of any state to deny.

The preamble of the Federal Constitution says:

"We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

It was we, the people; not we, the white male citizens; nor yet we, the male citizens; but we, the whole people, who formed the Union. And we formed it, not to give the blessings of liberty, but to secure them; not to the half of ourselves and the half of our posterity, but to the whole people - women as well as men. And it is a downright mockery to talk to women of their enjoyment of the blessings of liberty while they are denied the use of the only means of securing them provided by this democratic-republican government - the ballot.

For any state to make sex a qualification that must ever result in the disfranchisement of one entire half of the people, is to pass a bill of attainder, or, an ex post facto law, and is therefore a violation of the supreme law of the land. By it the blessings of liberty are forever withheld from women and their female posterity.

To them this government has no just powers derived from the consent of the governed. To them this government is not a democracy. It is not a republic. It is an odious aristocracy; a hateful oligarchy of sex; the most hateful aristocracy ever established on the face of the globe; an oligarchy of wealth, where the rich govern the poor. An oligarchy of learning, where the educated govern the ignorant, or even an oligarchy of race, where the Saxon rules the African, might be endured; but this oligarchy of sex, which makes father, brothers, husband, sons, the oligarchs over the mother and sisters, the wife and daughters, of every household - which ordains all men sovereigns, all women subjects, carries dissension, discord, and rebellion
into every home of the nation.

Webster, Worcester, and Bouvier all define a citizen to be a person in the United States,
entitled to vote and hold office.

The only question left to be settled now is: Are women persons? And I hardly believe any of our opponents will have the hardihood to say they are not. Being persons, then, women are citizens; and no state has a right to make any law, or to enforce any old law, that shall abridge their privileges or immunities. Hence, every discrimination against women in the constitutions and laws of the several states is today null and void, precisely as is every one against Negroes.

Isn't it amazing, that one line, that talks about secured freedom? That brought some things into light! This speech addressed a huge problem but, also, if dissected, talks about more than just Woman Rights. The cool thing about Susan B. Anthony is that she stood for Life too. I really, other than Van Gogh, couldn't think of, at the moment, any one else I'd rather meet at the moment.

Work, Rally and Roll.

Today was my first day of work! And I have one word for ya':

AWESOME.

I really, really like my new job. My job is being a Pet Groomers Assistant! Really, what a great job. My last job was okay, I guess, but I was babysitting and just in case you don't know; I don't do kids, much. But, with this job, I get to work with DOGS. Cute, cute, dogs! Ms Judy is very nice too. She was sweet and I felt relaxed with her, which is good for me, a pretty shy girl. Today, all I did, and what I'll be doing, was washing dogs. It's a nice job to have. You just rinse them down with the sprayer, the smaller they are, the easier it is, rub some soap [different dogs use different soaps, mostly they all use the same ones though] and then you rinse them down again. Then you rub them down, slightly, stick them in their crates and put the dries, which are just like giant blow dries for dogs, in a sense, in front of their crate! Wha-la!

Not hard and fun! I appreciate Holly telling me about this job, it's a blessing. The only problem is; when mom has to work we have to find some way to get me to work. I, she said, will usually work, depending on how many dogs there are, from nine to eleven-ish, which was true for today.

Tomorrow is the [fill in my state]'s Pro-Life rally! I'm very excited to take part in this for the second year in a row. We'll be going to the breakfast also, which sounds great. I like my food.

That's all that's going on in my life, friends!

My Mother, a wise woman.

This is going to be, in some ways, a political post, if you can call it that.

To start, I have a blog post made by my mother on her blog. This post has all the links you'll need to understand what she's talking about. It's very good and she has a great point!

The link: Wall Street, Journaled-- Freedom Of Speech, For thee but not for me?

Have a good time reading that!

Now, onto other news-like talk.
I'm sure you all know about the tragic, and scary, shootings that happened in Arizona this past week. It enrages me to know that someone could, consciously, open fire on a crowd of people! I know, some people, are saying he was insane, but, I think, it's still a mind-bending action.

But you want to know what makes this worse for me? What makes my stomach twist in anger?

The fact that they're already pointing the finger, blaming, accusing, Conservatives and Republicans. I don't care if you're a Democrat, Republican, or the tooth fairy, you, at a time like this, and after a tragedy like that, should act like a grown up and, instead of throwing rocks at the other party, join together to try and help victims and mourn for those who are lost!

I, since I have FoxNews as my homepage, have been watching this build up, like a crappy T.V drama! Here is the latest article I've read: FoxNews: Palin Criticizes Manufacturers of 'Blood Libel' as Proponents of Speech Limits Cite Sharron Angle

Okay, my rant is over, I guess. I hope you got what I meant!

Up From Slavery

I started 'Up From Slavery' [By Booker T. Washington] today! The beginning is good but my mother pointed out that as it goes on it gets pretty boring, sadly.

I'm liking it so far, which is good. I like what he says in the second chapter, Boyhood Days.

"In later years, I confess that I do not envy the white boy as I once did. I have learned that success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed. Looked at from this standpoint, I almost reached the conclusion that often the Negro boy's birth and connection with an unpopular race is an advantage, so far as real life is concerned. With few exceptions, the Negro youth must work harder and must perform his tasks even better than a white youth in order to secure recognition. But out of the hard and unusual struggle through which he is compelled to pass, he gets a strength, a confidence, that one misses whose pathway is comparatively smooth by reason of birth and race." -'Up From Slavery', Chapter 2 [Boyhood Days], by Booker T. Washington.

It, in some ways, is inspiring. It reminds me that, even though I may not have all the resources in the world, I can reach higher goals as long as I work, in some way.

So, I encourage you, no matter what road you walk, to try and fight for success! Maybe that will be my real New Years Resolution! Try to overcome every bump in the road. Good idea, right?

I think so.

Lia.

Bye Holly, with much love!

A friend, Holly, had to move today. I don't know her too well but it's still kind of sad. I was hoping to get to know her better, but, hopefully, God will bless her with her new life in a new town!

I plan to still contact her through the phone, Internet and...well, I guess I can go old fashion, and write letters. But, after this, I'm glad I've never had a really close friend move. It had to be devastating, especially when you're really young. When we moved, far, I was to little to really care and I met awesome people, like the Stanleys and then the Logan's [LOL] right of the bat, so, it wasn't bad for me.

But, thinking back, it had to be hard for my older brothers and mom. After all, they had all made friends and had to leave them behind. Also, on my first move, they had to leave one of the BEST HOUSES EVER behind. That had to be rough because it was a beautiful house, great yard, and pecan tree in the back yard. I have nothing but good memories of that house.

Ever since we haven't made huge moves like that one. We've moved all around one county, which his nice, because I haven't had to 'loose' any friends like Kendra and her sister, whom I have know since I was about, I don't know, seven, right? [Guys! Can you BELIEVE it's been that long? Pretty crazy, right? Wow.]

Speaking of houses, look what happened to this dude! [Thank you, Emmy, for the video. xD] Imagine THIS happening to you? I don't know what I'd do. 0_0

Best Anime Characters [List!]

Since I've been CRAZY over Anime lately I'm going to do a list of my favorite Anime characters of late, male and female.

Male Anime Characters  That Rock:

1. Ichigo
It''s hard to find to find the right picture of Ichigo. Ether it doesn't look like him or it doesn't show his personality or what role he plays in the Bleach series story...*le sigh*

2. Edward Elric
One of my favorite FMA characters. Hot tempered and short, sounds familiar, right [mother xD].

3. Roy Mustang
Mustang= Next best FMA character, or, maybe, even better than Ed....nah, never mind.

4. Chad [Sado]
Chad...so big but so sweet! He's really a gentle giant but he packs a punch. ;] PUN. I love Chad though! He's so innocent it's so...so cute!  Although the picture makes him looks so mean, he really isn't though.

5. Renji

Renji= AWESOMENESS. He's a lot like Ichigo...except with red hair, not orange. ;]

Female Anime Characters that Rock:

1. Rukia
She rocks and so does her hair. xD I like how she treat Ichigo and her obsession with bunnies. LOL

2. Nina
She's a totally klutz but she wouldn't try to hurt anyone! Bad witch skills but awesoming loving skills. xD

3. Yoruichi
BEST. FEMALE. CHARACTER. IN. BLEACH. Just sayin'. :D

Well, that's all I can think of right now, sadly.
And, let me tell you, if every guy looked like an Anime guy I'd be drooling 24/7. I mean, really, you HAVE to agree. Although I'm SURE guys say the same about girl Anime characters. >.>

I realize they kind of make the guys look like the perfect guy and the same with girls, which, in the end, I'm fine with. xD

Sorry, I know this was a lame post but....deal.

Yesterday, Thursday, my class and a few other kids went on a field trip. It was loads of fun! And, afterwards, we went out to eat and I got to spend time talking with awesome people [Sarah, Alden and Stephanie.]. We ate at Wendy's, were I haven't eaten in a while, which was also awesome.

So, my friend, good-night!

A Little Late With The New Year

Wow. I'm a little late on talking about the New Year, but, finally, here I am! I don't have much to say other than this: IT'S A NEW YEAR!!!

So, what is MY resolution? Well, I'll tell you when I come up with one. I guess it'll be several different things:

#1- Try and work harder for my Mom and Dad. I realize that they do so much, just for me. When they have challenges in their life they plow right through them and, at the same time, take care of my challenges that I'm breaking under.  They're truly amazing people and I believe they should be paid back, as much as I can, fairly for that.

#2- Work out more. Yeah, age old one right there  but it's true; I need to work out more. I want to be FIT not FAT. ^^ Haha!

#3- Get serious about my dance. I mean, practice everyday [or almost everyday] and try my best during dance class!

#4- BEAST AT SCHOOL. 'Nough said.

So, I think that's about it for now but I'm sure about twenty thousand other people made the same New Year Res and I'm okay with that. Sort of. -Twitch- And by the way, I had an awesome time with Sarah, Stephanie, Ellie. Brianna, Daniel and David at Ellie and Stephanie's New Years Eve party!!! BEST TIME EVER. Pictures coming soon. :]

Today was the first day back to 'School'. I, as I've said before, do a thing called Classical Conversations. [Click on the link to see more and understand...sort of.] It's kind of refreshing and depressing at the same time. I'm glad to be back because I like have the challenge of school work, even if I don't do well, and because I get to see some totally AWESOME people, like Alden Dunn! Buuuut, I also hate the fact that I have a butt load of school work to do and that I can't sit on my big, fat butt all day watching Anime, sadly. [I can also tell I'm going to LOVE physiology, even if I my answers aren't great...I'll love it!]

Speaking of Anime I've been watching a lot of Bleach and Full Metal Alchemist lately. I'm loving both! I'm an Anime/Manga junkie, that's for sure! I, once I finish ether FMA or Bleach, am planning on starting something like Chibi Vampire or Ultra Maniac, if I can find it. I've been trying to learn how to draw Anime-like characters too. I've watched a tutorial and gone on websites so I hope to get somewhere with that soon. When I do I'll show you guys! ^^

Also, I was thinking, and thought I'd share. Have you ever looked at a world map? Most likely, right? Well, think about the house your in and then think how TINY your house would be on that map. It would be beyond microscopic [lol]. It puts some things into prospective doesn't it? That, if we are this tiny on EARTH, then how small are we in the terms of space? Pretty crazy, huh? And now, realize, that you, this tiny speck on the earth among millions of other specks, can change the world--in one day, with the words you say. That's pretty crazy too, right? God has a sense of humor--and I like it.

That's all for today, folks! I hope all is well and Gos is blessing!

P.S
I changes the blog around, if you couldn't tell, and I want to know what you think. I'm aware that the title is a little hard to read and I'm going to work on that! Thanks, Lia!
